Narva Raadioklubi
Narva Raadioklubi was founded in 2022 to develop and promote amateur radio activity in Narva and Ida-Virumaa.
Amateur radio is a technical hobby that combines electronics, communication, antennas, digital operating modes, practical skills and international contacts. It gives people a chance to understand how radio communication really works and to communicate locally and worldwide.
Our aim is to show that amateur radio is not only a hobby, but also a practical skill that can be useful for communities, local authorities and volunteers.
What we do
- promote and explain amateur radio;
- support and advise beginners;
- help people prepare for an amateur radio licence;
- organise practical training sessions;
- develop repeaters and digital radio communication;
- develop APRS, Mesh and other technical projects;
- develop emergency communication solutions together with partners.
